By downloading, installing, or using Peptar ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

peptar. is a personal peptide tracking application that allows users to log doses, track protocols, monitor adherence, and view wellness correlations. The app is designed for personal tracking and educational reference.

Not Medical Advice

peptar. does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments. The app is a tracking tool only. All peptide-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of this app.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app
• You agree not to use the app to distribute harmful content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

Subscriptions

• Some features require a peptar. Pro subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

User-Submitted Content

If you submit peptide information through the Library submission feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, modify, and publish the content within the app. All submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any submission.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, icons, code, and content are the property of Peptar and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the app. The peptide database is for reference only and may contain errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
